All Weapons: Face directly to the north and enter then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the Large Medipak and then hold C + T + R + L. Leave and re-enter the inventory and you’ll have all the weapons.
All Items: Face directly to the north and then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the Small Medipak, then hold A + L + T + G + R. Leave and re-enter and the booty will be yours.
