This is where Roguebook PC Game becomes quite different in terms of combat compared to other games in the genre. Enemies will usually attack the hero from the front. You can exchange your heroes for cards.

Some cards can only be played when your hero is in the front or back, many cards will have the keyword “Charge”. A charge will bring the hero to the front. The visuals are magnificent. The game is just great and the music fits perfectly into the world. The concept of a Roguebook reminds me of a fairy tale and everything, story-wise, is just really well written. With dozens of mechanics, different enemies that require different strategies, the fights are demanding and very tactical. It’s only scratching the same itch as Slay the Spire and the addicting deck builder. Each hero has their own set of cards, unlocks, and a special trait. Thanks to all of this, they feel completely different. Combining two of them in a race completely spices things up. This way there are many different strategies to use. Roguebook Free For PC has just the right balance to make things difficult, but not unfair. It’s easy to learn the game but hard to beat.
