This can be a bit of a punishment if you don’t pay much attention to resources, but once you discover the system, it’s easy to use. Meetings start slowly but gradually become more difficult as you work to build your army and castle. You build houses and train soldiers and archers to defend against daily attacks at night. It’s a cute game without being too cute, challenging without pulling the hair, and the soundtrack is fantastic.

Becastled is a fairly unique game, using skins from previously created games and all paired with a bit of magic. It is produced by a very small group of developers. Nevertheless, it sends updates at least twice a week, sometimes four times a week. Updates mainly consist of bug fixes and new content. Surprisingly, their progress since the launch of the demo and the expected launch of Steam on February 8th. There is a great resource, difficulty, and map mechanic that basically allows you to set your own pace, as well as a wave mechanic where you can eventually win or have it endlessly equipped and continue to build your castle.

There’s plenty of content, mostly linear games, but it’s still fun, it’s not a game to pay for, so it’s not a money-hungry company that just creates games and then releases the DLC as it is. really part of it, and it rarely updates the main game, so check those out as well.
